Conrad’s Holland Lops
Welcome!
Conrad's Holland Lops is a small family farm rabbitry located between South English and Kinross, Iowa. We specialize in sweet and personable Holland Lop House Bunnies and have been producing and raising Holland Lop rabbits since 2013. Our breeding stock comes from top-quality lines. Our bunnies are housed in a climate controlled bunny barn and fed only the best Timothy Hay and 16% non GMO Kalmbach professional pellets. Our 8 week old babies will go to their new homes with litter training experience and have been provided with superb care, along with daily interaction.
Pick up
Please plan on picking up your new bunny at our location near South English, Iowa. I send out pick up information and our address about a week before pick up day, so we can arrange a day/time that works for both of us.
Please bring a pet carrier large enough to transport a full grown cat. Bunnies can/will jump out of baskets or boxes. Please bring a carrier with timothy hay in order to transport home - munching on timothy hay will help to relieve stress.
Care
Baby bunnies in particular are sensitive to stress and dietary changes. Minimizing stress (other pets, rough play, loud noises, etc.), washing hands, cages, and food dishes frequently, and keeping your bunny on a good quality pellet along with high quality hay are all important, especially the first few months home.
Deposits & Refunds
PLEASE FULLY EXAMINE YOUR BUNNY BEFORE YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE! We do our best to accurately assess gender, color, and quality, but you are responsible for approving the rabbit before completing the purchase. If any bunny would become sick or die while in our care, we will refund the deposit. Bunny Deposits are non refundable otherwise.
Birth Certificate
Starting April 15th, 2023
All of our bunnies will come with a birth certificate and baggie of transition pellets. I will no longer provide pedigrees.
Payment
A deposit may be paid through Venmo or PayPal in order to reserve a bunny. The remaining balance is to be paid in full with CASH at pickup (please bring the exact amount). WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS.
Sales Policy
Deposits are Non Refundable.
Any bunny that is not picked up within one week of it‘s “ready to go“ date will be re-listed for sale.
We really care about our animals. We want them to be happy in their new homes and we want you to be happy with your new pet.
